What services do you provide?

We offer blogging, content writing, editing and social media services. For a detailed list, please see our Services page.

How long does it take you to complete a project?

Every project is different. We complete most website content makeovers within 1-3 weeks after the initial research and client consultation. We deliver blog posts, articles and press releases within 4-5 days. Additional time is needed for more complex projects such as ebooks, whitepapers, print ads, etc. Rush projects are available. Keep in mind that there will be an initial “get to know you” period so we can learn and study your brand.

How much do you charge?

Our rates vary based on the service but most of it is project-based so our clients know exactly what to expect and they can budget accordingly. Please note that we are not a production house that churns out cheap, fluff content. If you want to pay less than $75-100+ for a a blog post, you are in the wrong place. Our content is high-quality, expert-level, brand-specific and well-researched. Please contact us for a free quote.

Do you require any payment upfront?

For website content projects, we require 50% upfront and the remaining 50% upon completion. For blogs, articles and press releases, the same rules apply unless the writing is on a continual basis. For these projects, we require payment bi-weekly once a relationship has been established with the client.

How do you collect payment?

We receive payment via checks or Paypal. Payment is required via Paypal for the first project. We only accept checks after a business partnership has been formed.

Do you provide free consultations?

Yes, we will answer your initial emails with a brief synopsis of our recommendations and how we can help you. This service is free. Jenna is also personally available for a free 15-minute phone consultation.

Do you provide samples of your work?

We do not write samples on spec, although we usually provide clients with a brief recommendation list as part of the initial consultation. We feel it is important for you to understand the extent of our services as it relates to the success of your business before you hire us to do the work.

What are your hours?

We work from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. Central Time Monday through Friday. We often work after hours if we feel it is necessary to complete a project. We generally do not answer emails after hours but we do make exceptions.

Do you use contracts or agreements?

For small projects, we craft agreements via email and both parties can agree to the services. For larger projects, we will send you an agreement to sign. Once signed, the initial payment is required, at which time work will commence.
